Fire on Norwegian Epic

Monday night a fire broke out onboard NCL's Norwegian Epic while she was getting her final touches at the shipyard in France.  The fire is reported to have started at around 11PM in the aft section of the ship on deck 4.  Firefighters quickly got the blaze under control and managed to keep it from spreading to other areas of the ship.  Damage seems to be isolated mainly to the ships wiring and no injuries were reported.  The cause of the fire is under investigation but work on the ship has resumed.  She is still scheduled to be delivered on June 15.

I have heard that this weekend just gone there has been a third fire on Norwegian Epic and police are suspecting arson. Whoever has got it in for this ship needs to be aware of injury they may cause to people. I believe there were thousands of people visiting Epic at the ship yards in France and they all had to evacuated. I really hope Epic gets out of the shipyards in one piece and this criminal doesn't manage to achieve what they are obviously striving to do

Just posted about that most recent fire yesterday. It's weird. I don't know if all of them were intentionally set as fires break out all the time while ships are being constructed. Sure has been some bad luck around this ship for a while though.
