This letter popped up this morning on the Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor Facebook Page. Apparently, there are lots of issues related to their updates to the website. I know my wife and I haven't been able to login for the last couple of weeks.
Hopefully they get it resolved soon as we have a cruise coming up in a couple of weeks and we would like to maybe make some online purchases and get the online check-in done.
I sent an e-mail to the address listed in the letter so we'll see what happens.
