I haven't heard anything back from RCCL since e-mailing them that I was unable to login to the new site. Instead of waiting around, I decided to click the "forgot my password" link and went through that process and, guess what, it worked!
After resetting my password and setting up my profile, I can now get into the RCCL website again and all my info is correct, including my upcoming cruise on Rhapsody of the Seas, my Diamond status, and my cruise history.
Very relieved, I was starting to worry that I wasn't going to be able to do the online check-in for my next cruise. We'll see if this works for my wife. She's going to give it a try tomorrow.
